During this phase the National Defense Secretariat returns the Cartilla (Military Service ID Card) and a Disengagement Sheet, to those Conscripts who carried out their citizens’ duties of the National Military Service, either in the modality of “INCLUDED IN UNITS” or “ON-CALL”

Once you fulfilled your military duties, either included or on-call, in a Military Unit or Naval Sector (within the national territory or abroad, accordingly), in exchange for the receipt above mentioned, a Disengagement Sheet will be given to you, and it will be added to your Cartilla (Military Service ID Card), according to the following situation:


**NOTE: In case you do not pick up your Cartilla, you can do it in the Recruiting Office of the Military or Naval Zone next to your address, from January 2 to April 30, and in case you do not do it, your Cartilla will be destroyed. Its replacement has an additional cost.

If residing in the national territory.
If residing abroad.
